The team has fixed the issue, and we are currently working on bringing impacted parts of the application up to date.

We will post another update once all services are fully restored and operational.

We are aware of delays in order fulfillment as well as delays in reporting and other areas of the application.

This issue has impacted orders over the last hour.

We have identified the cause and are working on a solution as our top priority and will provide regular updates as we work towards a resolution.
