Inventory Management

SproutNet™ provides all of our clients with an online shopping cart to manage their inventory. Users browse from an online catalogue to select various items to ship direct to their door.

As orders are placed, SproutLoud’s vendor network fulfills them from their warehouse chain based on the geographic location of the end user so as to minimize the shipping charges associated with the orders. Each user who placed an order receives an automatic e-mail notification at time of shipment, including the tracking-number of the order for easy reference to the shipping status.

As inventory gets low, automatic e-mail alerts are sent to a corporate contact to authorize re-orders of inventory to re-stock merchandise. In addition, Inventory and Order usage reports are automatically e-mailed as per the frequency desired by the Corporate Clients.
